I first came across RE/MAX in Italy in 1995 while – as an office furniture sales rep – I tried to sell my products to the network. At that time there were no RE/MAX offices operating in Italy, so after a nice conversation I just walked away. Two years later I was working for RE/MAX as a franchise sales rep.
In 1998 I switched to the training department and managed seminars and programs. Then in 2005 I decided to become a broker/owner. I bought a 50\% share of an existing, unbranded real estate office and started RE/MAX Abacus.
Year by year my company has grown. In 2013 I was recognized as International Broker of the Year, and in 2016 my office was ranked #1 for commissions gained in the network (Italy). RE/MAX has given me the chance to understand what a business is made of, and to change my life by switching from a salesperson to an entrepreneur.
