I’m a very strong believer in a thing called “The law of attraction”.

My career in RE/MAX began in June 2010 when I was 23 years old. At that age, I had never even owned my own apartment, so this new job was really outside of my comfort zone! My colleagues probably wondered, “What is this youngster doing in the real estate business?” My only goal then was to prove to myself that if I could make one sale, I could make many. And I did. One sale quickly multiplied into lots of sales, building a big network of happy customers.
Back in 2011, business was hard! The recession was taking over Finland and very few customers knew what RE/MAX actually was. Still, since I had never done this business before, I didn’t have any expectations for what the good times or hard times were like. Attitude was everything and still is! A fellow colleague told me then, “You know René, if you can build your business this well during a recession, wait until you see the good times!”

In 2014 I became a Broker/Owner in the Nordic countries’ most successful RE/MAX office: RE/MAX Casa Alto. At this time, it was no longer just my own business to run as an Agent and team leader, I was also responsible for the rest our great Agents. It has not always been an easy ride. In every business there are lots of curves and obstacles. But this is where the leaders of RE/MAX have always given me the right guidelines and helped me through everything.

Today, I’m truly living my dream life! I have just turned 30 years old, am about to become a father, have the love of my life by my side and nothing can stop me from achieving all that I have ever dreamt of. Every day I get to work with colleagues who share my mindset and all of my customers are truly grateful. RE/MAX has not only changed my life, but more importantly, it has opened my eyes to what life can be.

I believe RE/MAX is the right place for someone who wants more than just a job. RE/MAX attracts the same kind of people, which again attracts the same kind of customers. Strong, open minded, adventurous people who aren’t satisfied with the ordinary. If you already are in the RE/MAX organization, you know what I mean. For those who are not, I dare you to find out!
